Dufry, the Swiss travel retailer, lists €700m bond on GEM
Dufry has listed a €700m bond on the Irish Stock Exchange (ISE). The senior notes, due 2023, have an interest rate of 4.5% and are listed on the ISE’s Global Exchange Market (GEM). The €700m debt security will be used to partially finance the acquisition of World Duty Free Group (WDFG).
Dufry is a global travel retailer based in Switzerland with operations in 58 countries. Dufry has over 20,000 employees and operates from over 1650 retail outlets located at airports, cruise liners, seaports, and other tourist locations.
This Swiss corporate debt listing joins a number of other Swiss companies listing on our markets including Aryzta, Ferrexpo and Geberit.
